THINGS got quite tense in between company gurus Deborah Meaden and Touker Suleyman on Dragons’ Den.
The 2 Dragons were putting questions to budding entrepreneur Sharon Keegan about her specific niche activewear brand name.
They listened as Sharon discussed she introduced her brand Peachy Eager to offer comfy active wear for females aged in between 27 and 45 years of age, especially ladies had given birth.
She faced a barrage of hard questioning and suggestions from the business specialists.
The first tense minute came when Deborah had a hard time to discover the right words for Sharon.
Then Touker stepped in to ‘assist’ his co-star by completing her sentence, stating “signature”.
A clearly frustrated Deborah, turned to Touker and tersely informed him, “thank you quite Touker”, as fellow Dragon Peter Jones stared on in amusement.
” I genuinely chuckled aloud at expression as she thanked for helping her out there,” composed one Twitter user.
The next event occurred when Touker snapped at Deborah for rushing him on his decision about whether to invest in Sharon’s business.
” So what’s it worth?” Deborah turned to ask Touker.
He snapped: “I’m thinking Deborah, are you going to think for me?”
Deborah replied: “No, just questioning what it’s worth.”
Dragons’ Den fans could not take place aid but notice the tension between the pair.
” Tuka and Debrorah are butting horns this evening,” composed one Twitter user.
Another included: “What’s going on with Tuka and Deborah?”
And a 3rd included: “The tense exchanges comes after Deborah abandoned.”
Their heated minutes came just a week after Deborah stormed off from Peter.
Recently’s instalment of the BBC show saw siblings Scott and David Borthwick try to get a financial investment for their alcohol variety which is targeted at the darts neighborhood.
The set attempted to get Deborah, Peter Jones, Sara Davies, Touker Suleyman and Taj Lalvani on board by bringing in their very own darts board for the investors to have a go on.
The brothers stopped working to get any of them in buy their company, but one thing that left a smile on Peter’s face was the dart board.
